What if they died Intestate?
If your loved one failed to plan with either a Will or a Trust, the estate will be administered in accordance with New York's laws of intestacy. We can assist you in administering the estate based on the laws of New York State.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Do not retitle any assets before speaking with a qualified estate planning attorney. That meeting should take place approximately two weeks after your loved one has passed.
